Warranty Application for La Marzocco Linea Micra with Home Pickup

If your LA MARZOCCO LINEA MICRA has an issue within the warranty period that you believe to require actions covered by warranty and you would like your machine to be picked up from and returned to your home, please buy this service-product and follow the instructions below. Please note that you can alternatively bring the machine yourself to our workshop in Goldach or to one of our specialized retailers without the according transportation costs.
Procedure:
1. Please fill in the fields for serial number and problem description during the checkout process and press save. (The 8-digit serial number can be found on the right side of the machine, as well as on the original packaging and our delivery slip)
2. As soon as we checked your order, we will send you a special transportation box with our carrier Planzer Pakete, from whom you will receive a separate e-mail with tracking and the possibility to make adjustments to the delivery. (If you do not allow us to forward your e-mail address to the carrier company, please leave a comment with your order)
3. Please let us know once your transport box is ready for collection by emailing [info@kialoa.ch](mailto:info@kialoa.ch). We will then send you the return shipping label by email. Please attach it securely and visibly on top of the transport box before collection.
4. We will instruct the carrier to pickup your box. Usually, the first pickup attempt will be made on the following day. If you are not at home, the carrier will leave a note in your mailbox with instructions to coordinate the pickup.
5. Once we serviced your machine, we will send it back with the carrier. Please follow steps 3 and 4 to return the empty box to us.
* If there is no right to warranty according to the Terms & Conditions, a minimum of CHF 140.- according to Estimate of Costs will be charged in addition to the transportation cost. In order to claim warranty, you have to add a copy of your sales receipt.
