Please note that we ship exclusively within Switzerland and to the Principality of Liechtenstein. In-stock items are generally shipped within one working day.
Home Coffee Machines
For self-collection, your machine will be tested in advance.
You will also receive a brief introduction upon handover.
Collection is by appointment, Monday to Friday,
between 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m.
- Linea Micra: Shipped directly to your home via parcel service.

Linea Mini and GS3: The machine is commissioned and tested at our premises. We will then arrange a delivery date with you.
Delivery is made via pallet by truck to the curb. - Shipping is generally handled by our courier service. Upon explicit request, shipping via postal service may be possible depending on the product.
Commercial Coffee Machines
Delivery and installation of commercial coffee machines are carried out by appointment by one of our installation partners. Please note that the corresponding installation flat-rate must be added to the shopping cart together with the coffee machine.
All other items
In-stock items are generally shipped within one working day.
Delivery is made via courier service for resellers and via Post Economy for private customers.
